Travel tip for the day: Don't ride in the back seat of a bus which is traveling 20km down a rutted, dirt road when you have a stomach ache.
Bonus travel tip for the day: check first if the road you are going to travel on for the day is still under construction or not.
Today was a bit much. I got up at 3:30 to take a two hour bus trip, then rode 70km uphill all day, including 10km through a construction zone; I had to dodge catapiller trucks that were still carving the road out of the hillside.
I will sleep well tonight.
