    )resent - email problems)

I don't seem to have a problem with being too cold anymore. It is
DAMN HOT. At the moment, I am sweating like a pig inside my bivy sack, having
retreated inside to avoid the swarm of insects outside. I don't dare unzip,
or a flood of guests will join me.

The terrain today was strange. Instead of continuously climbing and
descending, it was actually...flat. I don't know if I remember how to ride on
flat terrain. Unfortunately, it is also low elevation and therefore hot.

My bronchitis seems to be getting slowly better. Hopefully the trend will
    continue.

Tomorrow I am staying on a Nicaraguan farm, after being invited by someone I
met yesterday. Then I ride to Leon, Managua, and Granada.

Tegucigalpa was the nastiest city I've visited in a long time. Give it a
    miss.

    peter
