My timing couldn't have been worse. I got into Panama City just in time for
the end of Semana Santa, so everything is closed for four days. I had a bunch
of things to do here, and I only managed to get some of them done yesterday.
I am now stuck until Monday. I will probably bike along the canal in a day or
two - no luck catching a ride on a boat.
I did manage to find a bike shop yesterday, and $250 later, my bike has a new
tire, rebuilt hubs, a new cycle computer, and I got a new helmet, more chain
lube, and new bike shorts. I'm all set for more riding.
